We are pleased to provide a 45 day satisfaction guarantee on some of our carpet products. This means that if you don't like the carpet for any reason, even the color, within 45 days of its installation, we will replace it with another carpet of the same value at no charge. And, if you want a nicer carpet, all you need to do is pay the difference between the two.
